Monte's Brake & Alignment

I pulled up to Monte and waited for someone to come over and asked “how may I help you” or park and come inside….any kind of direction….but the two guys that were working there kept looking at me and walking away….they would stop what they were doing, look at me, and continue doing what they were doing! This went on for about 10 minutes 😞! Finally, one of the workers pulled a car out from the garage and drove right past me, I waited for him to park the car and walk up to my car….nope, he just gets out of the car he just finished working on, looks at me again, and puts his head down! I finally decided to just drive off….and as I was pulling away, I drove by one of the workers and he just puts his head down and start walking in the opposite direction!! It was a very strange and uncomfortable experience….Im trying not to jump to the conclusion that it was “racism” but it definitely felt like it! I heard so many good things about them and only wanted to give them my business! It’s unfortunate!

Monte's did an awesome job on my lifted 4Runner with aftermarket suspension. I had frustration with another alignment shop that left my vehicle pulling to the right after two visits and wasted time and money. Monte's guys took the time to make all adjustments and keep test driving until they corrected the issue. I highly recommend them for anyone in QCA looking for quality alignment at a fair price.

This is the most professional business ever. I have been taking my cars here as long as I have been driving. If work needs to be done, they have reasonable prices and have always been straightfoward and honest. I trust this business for all of my car needs for alignment, ball joints and tire rotations. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking care of all of my vehicals when needed. I am not going anywhere else for these services! They are fast with great quality work

Update 6.26.26 Just had my brakes done by Monte's. Extremely pleased with the quality of work. They really are the best in the Quad Cities! Hands down! Always get the best from them and will always take our cars to Monte's Brake and Alignment. Pothole blues? This is the place to get your ride steering and stopping correctly! Excellent work! If Monte's does it, it is done correctly! This business deserves 10 stars for their honesty and integrity! They have our brake and alignment business as long as they are in business!

On time. On budget. Great rates. Very friendly and professional. Took my Dodge Nitro there for front end suspension work. The work met my expectations. The professionals, punctuality, and price blew my expectations out of the water. Even gave me a heads up on some maintenance that's not needed yet, but coming up soon, so I can plan for it... Without pushing me to do it now. Will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend them to others.
